Cannon County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no government, sheriff, jail, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers consumer reports or services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.
Nature of the Service
This is a private reference site with no authority over Cannon County or Tennessee agencies. It does not store official jail, court, or corrections records, confirm custody, authorize a release, or file a request on a visitor's behalf.
The service points visitors toward public record offices, official inmate and release resources, and optional third-party research tools. Those sources remain separate from this site.
Acceptable Use Rules
Access is conditioned on lawful, safe, and reasonable use. A visitor agrees to all of the following limits.

- Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.

No Consumer Reports
Cannon County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. A visitor agrees not to use site content for an FCRA-covered purpose.
