Terms & Conditions

Use of Cannon County Released Inmates means acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with every condition below, please do not access or use the site or its search tools.

Cannon County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no government, sheriff, jail, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers consumer reports or services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This is a private reference site with no authority over Cannon County or Tennessee agencies. It does not store official jail, court, or corrections records, confirm custody, authorize a release, or file a request on a visitor's behalf.

The service points visitors toward public record offices, official inmate and release resources, and optional third-party research tools. Those sources remain separate from this site.

  • Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
  • Do not attempt to enter accounts, servers, or systems without permission.
  • Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools.
  • Do not impair the service or another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports

Cannon County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not supply background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and its partners are not presented as providing those services. A visitor agrees not to use site content for an FCRA-covered purpose.

  • Hiring, firing, or another employment decision
  • Tenant selection or any housing decision
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other use regulated by the FCRA

Links and Outside Services

Links may lead to sheriff or corrections offices, release records, government portals, legal resources, and outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. Cannon County Released Inmates does not control an outside site's content, privacy practices, terms, price, or availability, so visitors should review the destination's own rules.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made regarding the following matters.

  • Accuracy, completeness, or currentness of information
  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • Freedom from errors, defects, or security weaknesses
  • Completeness of results returned by a partner search tool

Custody, release, and public-record data can change quickly. Nothing displayed here is an official statement from the Cannon County Sheriff's Office, TDOC, a court, or another government agency.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cannon County Released Inmates and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside service.
